1. Payment Methods:
   The Platform supports Stripe (international) and ECPay (Taiwan) for secure transactions. All payments will be processed in the currency and channel you select.
2. Subscriptions:
   • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
   • Upon cancellation, access remains available until the current period ends.
3. Credits System:
   • Credits have an expiration date and will expire automatically once the period ends.
   • Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable, and may only be used within the Platform.
4. Refund Policy:
   • Once a course or credits have been activated, refunds are generally not provided.
   • For payment issues or technical errors, please contact our support team.

1. 付款方式：本平台支援 Stripe（國際）與綠界科技 ECPay（台灣）等金流服務。所有交易將依照所選貨幣與支付管道結算。
2. 訂閱服務：
   • 訂閱採自動續訂制，除非使用者於週期結束前取消。
   • 取消訂閱後，使用者仍可在剩餘期間內繼續使用服務。
3. Credits 點數：
   • 點數具有有效期限，逾期自動失效。
   • 點數僅供平台內消費使用，不得退款或轉讓。
4. 退款政策：
   • 一旦課程或點數啟用後，原則上不提供退款。
   • 若遇付款異常或技術問題，請聯繫客服處理。

五、知識產權

1. 本平台所有課程內容、影片、文字、圖片、程式碼與商標，均屬 DataAgent 或授權人之智慧財產。
2. 未經許可，禁止擷取、轉載、翻譯、改作或公開播送任何內容。
